Day 1 : Arrival at the Jaipur Airport
arrive at the Jaipur Airport, you will be given a warm welcome by our representative and be accompanied to your hotel.
After you check-in and freshen up, you can begin the tour of the city.
You will head straight to the City Palace of Jaipur. The palace overlooks two main compounds – the Mubarak Mahal and Chandra Mahal. Apart from that, it includes various courtyards, gardens and buildings within its complex itself. But what you must look out for is the architectural brilliance of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture.
Post this tiring day you can make your way to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2 : Sightseeing in Jaipur
After a healthy breakfast at the hotel, you will be heading out for the city tour.
Your first destination of the day will be the Hawa Mahal. The Mahal, also known as the “Palace of the Winds’ consists of a total number of 953 jharokhas. Well, now we know where it gets its name from. In addition to that, the façade of the mahal replicates a honeycomb of the beehive.
After being awe-struck by the beauty of the Hawa Mahal, you will head towards Jantar Mantar. It is one of the largest observatories of India and that makes Jantar Mantar a must-visit place for tourists from all over the world. A fun fact is that, before the actual construction of the observatory took place, it was replicated in wood, for utmost perfection during the final construction.
Next up on your list for the day is the Amber Fort. The speciality of this fort is that it is located uphill and if you aren’t a fan of hiking then the elephants will come to your rescue. Now, apart from its distinguished architecture, within the complex, the elephant ride to the fort is definitely a must.
To end your day, you will be escorted to your hotel for a delicious dinner and a night stay.
Day 3 : Jaipur to Pushkar (146.3 kms. / 2 hrs. 52 minutes)
Make sure you are packed and have an early breakfast on day 3. Today you will be travelling to Pushkar by road. The distance to be covered is 143.6 kms and it should take you around 2 hours 52 minutes.
Upon your arrival to Pushkar and after you have completed your check-in process you can head out to take the tour of the city.
The first destination planned for your city tour is the Man Mahal. The Man Mahal is a visual treat for tourists all over the world. The palace is one of the biggest royal homes ever built. The structure is a striking architectural brilliance of Rajasthani architecture. If you are in Pushkar this mahal is a must-visit.
Next up on your list is the Pushkar Ghats and Brahma Temple. The city has the only shrine dedicated to Lord Brahma in the whole of India. The sacred Pushkar Lake is also believed to have great healing power and tourists from all over the world come for an experience. There is a bunch of 52 Ghats that can be viewed by devotees and tourists from the lake.
Post some spiritual devotion, it is time to make your way back to the hotel and catch up on some good night’s sleep.
Day 4 : Pushkar to Jodhpur (212.6 kms. / 3 hrs. 50 minutes)
Today you will be heading towards Jodhpur. The distance you need to cover is 212.6 kms and it should take you approximately 3 hours and 50 minutes by road.
Once you have arrived and checked-in to your hotel, you can leave to explore the beauty of the city. To kick start your adventure you will head to the Kaylana Lake. This spot is famous for bird watching. This manmade lake spreads over a vast range and acts as the sole source of consumption of water to the entire city. A flock of birds that usually interests tourists are the Siberian Cranes that stopover the lake.
After this tiring day, you can head back to your hotel and savour the delicious dinner and take some rest.
Day 5 : Sightseeing in Jodhpur
For today your first destination, after a healthy breakfast, will be the historic Mahamandir. The mandir rests on a total number of 84 pillars, built in 1812. The pillars render intricate carvings that portray yogic postures. In fact, the mandir has an enormous hall that is used for Yoga classes.
Next up is the Mehrangarh Fort. This vast fort is one of Jodhpurs’ finest tourist attractions. It spreads across 5 kilometres and is perched upon a hill. There are various places located inside the fort, which have their separate distinct identities. One of which is the museum that contains ancient artefacts.
Your last destination of the day is the Umaid Bhavan Palace. The place is a framework marvel and is almost 75 years old. It boasts of a vintage car museum inside the palace and the place is adorned with vintage clocks and a beautiful décor. We suggest, don’t forget to take your camera with you.
Post this day filled with fun and adventure, head back to your hotel for the overnight stay.
Day 6 : Departure from Jodhpur
