He was a Kachhwaha Rajput and ruled the region in the vicinity of 1699 and 1744. The Amer Fort, is one of the most famous and forts of Rajasthan. situated in Amber, Almost 11 kilometers from Jaipur, before Jaipur Amer was the capital of the state.this fort is also as the Amer Palace. The Amer Fort was built in red sandstone and marble and the Maotha Lake adds a certain charm to the entire Fort. The Amer Fort has many pavilions and halls of great interest and other popular attractions.

Hawa Mahal is one of the prominent tourist attractions in Jaipur city. Located in the heart of Jaipur, the main highlight of Hawa Mahal is its pyramid shape and its 953 windows or ‘Jharokhas’ which are decorated with intricate designs
City Palace, Jaipur
The palace is located towards the northeast side of central Jaipur and has many beautiful courtyards and buildings. The architectural styles are largely based on a fusion of Rajput, Mughal and European styles. This palace also includes the famous ‘Chandra Mahal’ and ‘Mubarak Mahal’, and other buildings which form a part of the palace complex
Birla Temple – this temple is a uniqe architectural landmark of Jaipur. Built in pure white marble, the Birla Temple is unlike the traditional ancient Hindu temples, known as Lakshmi Narayan Temple, A work of art, this temple truly represents architectural beauty, in a modern form.
Albert hall- the oldest museum of the state and functions as the State museum of Rajasthan. The building is situated in Ram Niwas Garden New gate and is a fine example of Indo-Saracenic architecture. The museum gets its name from the Victoria and Albert Museum of London, because of the similarity of architecture
The Jal Mahal is in midst water around 5 KM from the center of Jaipur city. It is easily accessible by autos and taxis and public transport as well. Earlier there were boat rides to around the palace. However it still makes an amazing location for a romantic evening stroll.
