Destination: Kathmandu - Rafting - Chitwan - Pokhara - Nayapul - Tikhedunga - Ghorepani - Tadapani - Ghandruk - Landruk - Pokhara - Kathmandu
Day 01: Kathmandu Arrival.
Pickup from Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel. Free and relax in the evening.
Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing.
Have breakfast and get ready for guided tour of Kathmandu city. Visit: Pashupati Nath Temple, Bouddha Nath Stupa and Patan Durbar Square.
Day 03: Kathmandu - Rafting - Chitwan.
Wake up in the morning have breakfast and get ready to drive to Chitwan. On the way we will have an adventure of white water rafting in Trisuli river. We will drive to Fisling from Kathmadu (rafting starting point).It will be around 2.5 hours (22 kms) and ends at place called Kuringhat. Have lunch on the way. Your vehicle will be waiting for you at a rafting ending point then continue drive to Chitwan. Upon reaching Chitwan we will check in at Hotel. After short refreshment jungle activities begins. In the evening you can watch local cummunity dance at hotel.
Day 04: Jungle Activities at Chitwan National Park.
Wake up in the morning have breakfast and continue jungle activities like elephant safari, canoeing, visit to elephant breeding center, jungle walk etc.
Day 05: Chitwan - Pokhara.
Wake up early in the morning for birdwatching, then back to hotel and have your breakfast. If you like you can do some additional jungle activities if not you can take rest or walk around on your own. Have lunch in the afternoon and drive to Pokhara. Upon reaching Pokhara in the evening check in at HOtel. Free and relax. YOu can walk around lake side on your own.
Day 06: Drive to Nayapul (1010meters) and trek to Tikhedunga (1540meters) 5:00 hours.
Wake up at early morning and drive to Nayapul which will take about 1 hour. Trek start at Nayapul. After 20 minutes short walk along the banks of the Modi Khola, we reach Birethanti (1080meters) a large village that has many shops and teahouses. From there, the trail continues through the village. The trail follows the north bank of the Bhurungdi Khola. The trail climbs steadily up the side of the valley to Hille at 1520m and after the short climb, we reach Tikhedhunga at 1540meters. Today’s walk offers a short and relatively easy day, during the journey allowing to get use to the experience of trekking in Nepal. Overnight at guest house.
Day 07: Trek to Ghorepani (2840meters) 8 hours.
Leaving Tikhedunga, we begin our journey with a steep climb to Ulleri. Ulleri is a large Magar village at 2080meters. The trail then continues to ascend more gently, through fine forests of oak and rhododendrons towards Banthanti at 2300meters. Then we trek towards Nangethanti at 2450m. After an hour walk we arrive at Ghorepani at 2840meters. Overnight at guesthouse.
Day 08: Hike up to Poon Hill (3210meters) and trek to Tadapani (2590meters). 6 hours.
Today, very early in the morning, we start an hour hiking to Poon Hill at elevation of 3210meters, a brilliant spectacle; this vantage point provides an unobstructed view of sunrise over the high Himalayas. There we spend about 1 hour, then returning to Ghorepani we take a hot breakfast at hotel. Leaving Ghorepani, we make climb along ridges, and through pine and rhododendron forests to Deurali (2990meters). After that we descend to the Banthanti, then turning off to Tadapani. Overnight at guest house.
Day 09: Trek to Ghandruk.
The day starts with short down hill. Leaving Tadapani, we descend steeply through forests and then the trail eases as we reach Ghandrunk (2000m), which is the village of Gurung people, one of the ethnic groups of Nepal, have their own dialect, typical culture, costume, and life style. This village is possibly the popular tourist destination that offers the beautiful mountain views and having easy connection with Pokhara or Kathmandu. Overnight at Guest House.
Day 10: Trek to Landruk 1565m (2.30 hours) or Tolka 1700m, 4 hours.
After breakfast, we will have a breath taking views of waterfalls, landscapes, Annapurna South, Himchuli, Fishtail and other mountains. And we will visit the Annapurna conservation office and museum in afternoon. We will continues our walk to steep down till Modi Khola and then climb up steeply about an hour more then we reach to Landruk. Overnight at Guest House.
Day 11: Trek to Dampus 1650m via Bhichok Deurali 2100m (5/6 hours).
Early morning we can enjoy the view of Sunrise, Annapurna South, Himchuli, Machhapurchre & the countryside. After break fast we leave Landruk almost flat trails about an hour then Little steep for 20 minutes to reach Tolka. after Tolka trail follows through forest then starts again steep ascends about one & half hour to get Deurali, from where you can see valley of Pokhara. There tea shops are available between Tolka and Deurali. Overnight at Guest House.
Day 12: Trek from Dampus to Phedi and drive back to Pokhara 820m (2/3 hours).
This morning will be one of the great morning with views of Annapurnas Himalayas & scenic settlement villages, walk down to Dhampus Phedi (approximately one and half hrs.) and then drive to Pokhara (about 30 minutes}. Rest of the da is free and relax at Pokhara. Overnight at hotel.
Day 13: Drive Pokhara - Kathmandu.
Wake up in the morning have breakfast and get ready to drive back to Kathmandu. Pokhara to Kathmandu is 210 kilometers drive. It takes around 6 hours to drive to Kathmandu. Upon reaching Kathmandu check in at Hotel. Free and relax.
Day 14: Departure.
After breakfast drive to aiport and trip ends.
