Pangong Tso Lake is known for colorful stones, fossils and wild flowers in summer. Our Jeep Safari will drive through the villages inhabited by pastoral communities. The members of these communities still lead a nomadic life moving around through the high mountain passes in the biting cold weather of the region. These nomadic communities live in Yak wool tents called Rebos.
They own large herds of yaks, Horses, goats and the sheep. Besides, there are a few remote monasteries like Chemra, Taktak and Durbuk besides the famous gompa of Hemis to visit. You will find many remotest areas of Ladakh during the Safari.
