Rajasthan Temples Tour

Duration : 10 Days / 9 Nights
Destination Covered : Pushkar – Jaipur - Jodhpur – Ranakpur – Mount Abu - Udaipur – Delhi

Day 01: Arrive - Delhi
On arrival at Delhi you will be met and assisted by our representative who shall take you to your hotel. The modern and luxurious metropolis of India which is also the capital of our country is a perfect blend of ancient and modern times. Overnight stay is in hotel.

Day 02: Delhi sightseeing
After breakfast at the hotel, we will visit to explore the famous temples of Delhi, starting with the Birla temple dedicated to goddess Laxmi and god Narayan, from here we drive to the Old Delhi area where we will visit the Jama Masjid, largest mosque in India, built by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan. Visit to Old Delhi is not completed without visiting Chandni Chowk the oldest market of Delhi. Afternoon we drive to Bahai temple also called Lotus temple as the temple is in the form of lotus symbolizing all the faiths and cultures. Just near the lotus temple is ISKON temple, dedicated to Lord Krishna and Radha, from here, we visit to the Akshamdham temple dedicated to God SwamiNarayan. Overnight stay is in hotel.

Day 03: Delhi – Ajmer (train) – Pushkar
Early morning get transfer to the Delhi train station to board your train to Ajmer. On reaching Ajmer, we will visit to the famous Dargarh of Muslim saint Moinuddin Chishti. Later drive to our hotel in Pushkar. After wash and change, we will proceed to visit the famous temple dedicated to Lord Brahma and just near Savitri Temple. Later spend the time near Pushkar Lake, a holy lake, where the people used to take the holy dips. Overnights stay at Pushkar.

Day 04: Pushkar – Jaipur
After breakfast at the Pushkar, we will drive to Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. Rich in heritage and culture, popularly known as the pink city and consists a number of magnificent Forts and palaces. Also it is famous for its trade in precious and semi precious stones.
On reaching at Jaipur, check into your hotel and explore the city at your own, Evening we will proceed for the dinner at local restaurant followed by the Rajasthani Dance. Overnight stay is at Jaipur.

Day 05: Jaipur
Today after breakfast, proceed for the full day sightseeing of Jaipur, starting with Amber Fort, located on the outskirts of Jaipur. The fort is well preserved collection of paintings, artworks, arms and other belongings of the royal family. Here we will also visit the Shila devi temple one of the oldest temple which is also belongs to the royal family. From here we drive to the city centre visiting the city palace and museum, where the royal family still used to live, and half the palace is converted into museum. Here we will visit the Govind Dev Ji Temple devoted to Lord Krishna and Radha. From here we will visit the famous Birla temple, built in white marbles, and an important landmark of Jaipur. Evening is at leisure to explore the local markets of Jaipur. Overnight stay is at Jaipur.

Day 06: Jaipur – Jodhpur
Today early morning we head for a long drive towards our next destination – Jodhpur. Founded by Rao Jodha in 1459 it is now the second largest city of Rajasthan state. It is called as a "Blue City" which is looks like an oasis in the vast dessert. On arrival check in at the hotel and overnight stay is in Jodhpur.

Day 07: Jodhpur – Ranakpur – Mount Abu
Today, the city tour begins with the visit to the main attraction here "Mehrangarh Fort" the gigantic fort towers over the blue city. Inside the fort walls is a palace complex and network of courtyards that showcase an example of Rajput architecture. It houses a museum with that has an amazing collection of Indian royalty accessories, howdahs, miniatures and armoury. Jaswant Thada is our next stop which is the white marble memorial of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II.
From here, drive towards Mount Abu, enroute visiting Ranakpur Jain temples, wonderful carving on the pillars showcases the devotion of its builders. The main temple is "Chaumukha Mandir" (Four Faced Temple) which is dedicated to Adinath.
Continue our drive to Mount Abu, a famous hill station of Rajasthan, lies in the Aravalli hills of Rajasthan. On reaching check into your hotel and spend evening at leisure. Overnight stay is in hotel

Day 08: Mount Abu
After breakfast, we proceed for the sightseeing of Mount Abu, visiting Dilwara Jain Temples built inb 11th century, these temples are dedicated to Jain Tirthankara, Adinath. From here visit the Nakki Lake, for enjoying the boat ride and scenic beauties and weather all around,. Our next visit is the highest point of Mount Abu called Guru Shikhar, where the famous temple of Guru Dattatreya. Overnight stay is at hotel.

Day 09: Mount Abu - Udaipur
Today we will our last stop Udaipur, which is a beautiful city of lakes, palaces, luxury hotels etc. On reaching Udaipur, check into your hotel and later proceed for the sightseeing of Udaipur. Visit the City Palace museum which includes of the marvelous and lavish halls with mosaics, glass and mirror work. Later we shall cover the other tourist sites of Udaipur that included Bagore-ki-Haveli, Fateh Sagar Lake and Saheliyon-ki-Bari (Garden of the maids of honour) and Jagdish temple. Evening enjoy the sunset view at Lake Pichola. Overnight stay is at Udaipur.

Day 10: Udaipur – Delhi (flight) - Departure
Transfer to the Udaipur airport to board your flight to Delhi and to connect your onward flight.
