Mehandipur Balaji Temple

Mehandipur Balaji Temple, Mehandipur Balaji Mandir is one of the most famous temples in Rajasthan located in Dausa District. It is dedicated to Lord Hanuman. It is famous for curing the evil spirits or ghosts affected people. The temple is located in the small old village of Mehandipur. The temple is very famous in all over the country for exorcism from evil spirits attachments and black magic or spells. The temple is visited by thousands of devotees and visitors every day for the cure from evil spirits and ghosts.

History of Mehandipur Balaji
Earlier this area was a thick dense forest where ancestors of Shri Mahantji starts worship of Balaji. The story behind the Shri Balaji temple explained that ancestors of Shri Mahant ji saw the three deities in the dreams with a magnificent temple. He also heard a voice which was ordering him to ready for serving his duty. All of a sudden Lord Shri Balaji appeared before him and ordered "Take duty of serving me".

After that incident ancestors started worshipping by performing puja and aarti regularly. Once upon a time some miscreants tried to dig out the deity but they could not reach the bottom of the statue as it is the part of the hill " Kanak Bhoodharakar Shareera". It is also known that the water pot in the feet of the deity never dried up due to continuous flow of water from left side of chest of statue of lord Shri Balaji.

Best Time to Visit Shri Mehandipur Balaji Temple: Shri Mehandipur Balaji temple is mostly visited during festival time (Holi, Hanuman Jayanti and Dusshera etc) as the most it is believed to be the most auspicious time to emancipate from the evil spirit. How to Reach Mehandipur Balaji Temple : Shri Mehandipur Balai temple is located in Dausa district of Rajasthan on the Jaipur Agra highway. It is 270 km from Delhi and 100 km from Jaipur. There are regular buses on Jaipur-Agra highway. From Delhi, the journey can be done on Alwar-Mahwa or Mathura-Bharatpur-Mahwa road. Bandikui Railway Station is the nearest railway station to Mehandipur Balaji Temple.
