Architecture
Entrance Into the palace is epic. The gate leading to the palace faces west. It’s a giant erection using a towering archway and chattris atop. On the other side of this entry lies the Ratneswar Mahadeva Temple. The temple complex comprises of a garbagriha, a mandapa and also an antarala. The outer side of this temple has appealing carvings.
The Palace includes a rectangular design enclosed by tall walls. It houses hundreds of courtyards surrounded by chambers, towers, deohris etc.. The inside of the palace showcases nicely preserved lush green gardens.
The personal portion of the palace is entered via a gate at the north. Indoors, there is a huge span of vacant space surrounded by old structures and lodging.
